Corporate Office
Located in an urban downtown setting, on an upper floor of a high rise originally built in the late 1800s, the construction of this corporate office renovation posed a unique set of challenges. Logistics for the delivery of material and construction equipment required meticulous planning and coordination. A crane was necessary to lift larger items, like windows and framing materials, to be delivered through the exterior windows. Unique building requirements included a fire suppression system and integration into existing building utilities.
A tech hub is centrally located in the office, giving ample space and furniture flexibility to host corporate meetings and presentations. The space is equipped with the latest technologies, including three-way cameras, 3D imaging and presentation tools. Millwork details of walnut wood paneling adorn the walls of the tech hub as well as the hallway beyond, where cabinetry and shadowboxes were custom-built by our team to showcase a lifetime of corporate successes, ideas and achievements. Additional community spaces includes a kitchenette with built-in cabinetry, a sound-proof phone booth for conference calls and a small conference room for additional meeting space. A ‘hoteling’ room was built to provide multiple flexible workspaces. Private offices for the employees included cloud ceiling installations for sound-dampening and are finished off with glass paneling and doors with custom decals.
