Before you Build

What is the key factor that determines whether the proverbial road to build your dream home will be filled with bumps and unanticipated detours or freshly paved asphalt?  One word: planning.  The preparation that happens long before any dirt is moved or boards are cut, and almost equally as important, exactly who walks alongside you during those all-important first steps will have a dramatic impact on your project’s overall success.

Our experience in this crucial pre-build stage is where Scott Christopher Homes’ brings exceptional value to the table.  We support our clients with both internal staff and external experts who can help navigate any hurdles or challenges that may arise when it comes to things like permits, home placement on the site, zoning ordinances, building restrictions, and so much more.

But don’t just take our word for it.  Hear what our clients have to say about their experience during the pre-construction phase of building their dream home with Scott Christopher Homes…

Room to Renew

Recently, we have had the opportunity to partner with a worthy cause called Room to Renew. It is a non-profit arm of Deidre Interiors that renovates one room in the home of a person who provides care for someone with a special need or illness. The intention is to give that caregiver a space in their home for much needed respite and rejuvenation.

We are thrilled to be partnering with Deidre on this year’s Room to Renew project for a well-deserving mother who selflessly cares for her 9-year-old son with medical needs around the clock.  To find out more about this great organization, this year’s project and how you might be able to get involved, please visit Deidre Interiors’ website or check out the media attention this honorable organization is receiving:
