Scott Christopher Homes is looking to add a full-time team member who will be responsible for putting together Project Proposals for custom home and renovation projects. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Reading blueprints
– Performing quantity take-offs
– Preparing bid scopes
– Soliciting quotes from trades and subcontractors
– Assembling cost studies
– Attending jobsite walkthroughs
– Attending meetings with clients and architects
– Preparing materials for handoff to project manager

REQUIREMENTS & BENEFITS

Monday – Friday, 45-50 hours per week. A successful candidate for this position would have a minimum of three years experience in residential construction estimating, be proficient in all Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel, and would be an organized, self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Must be able to read blueprints. Experience in data entry required. Competitive compensation to match experience level. Benefits included.
